Until 28 February 2026, the hotel operates as adults-only for guests aged 16 and over. From 1 March 2026, children of any age are welcome; for booking purposes, children aged 13 and above count as adults. We offer complimentary cots for children under 2 years old, upon prior request and subject to availability. Maximum occupancy and bed distribution depend on the room category booked; regulations require that the reservation accurately reflects the number of guests and their ages, so it is not possible to add adults, children or infants who are not included on the confirmed booking.

We provide pool and beach towels with a refundable deposit. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be freed when not in use; to ensure comfort for all guests, reserving them with towels or personal belongings is not allowed. Staff may release sunbeds left unattended for an extended period.

For dinner service in our restaurants, and in line with hotel tradition as well as the preferences of most of our guests, a smart casual dress code is required, with neat clothing and appropriate footwear. A relaxed but proper style is accepted for breakfast and lunch.
